- Copy of valid residency permit or National ID. -

Flight reservation (round-trip).
- Hotel booking or accommodation details.

Financial Documents

- Proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay (at least €50 per day, or a minimum of €300 for stays up to 5 days). -
Employment / Business Proof
No Objection Certificate (NOC) / Leave sanction letter from employer.
- Trade license copy + company documents (if self-employed).
- Income tax returns (where applicable). -
Travel Insurance
Valid Schengen travel medical insurance covering at least €30,000.
- Must cover the entire duration of your stay in the Schengen Area for emergency medical expenses, hospitalization, and repatriation. -
Cover Letter
